I am sending you this email just to let you know how things are going regarding the care with Jean Beavis.
As you know, Jean has now been at home for almost 8 weeks after being fast tracked home from hospital for end of life care.
From the first contact with yourselves, we have had total confidence in your company. You ensured you knew all about Jean's condition and her needs,
which have ensured that she receives the appropriate care.
All of the carers that you have sent into Jean have been absolutely fantastic, so friendly and yet so professional and they have shown so
much empathy and compassion to Jean and Kenny.
Every carer speaks to Jean with respect and they never assume what Jean needs or wants without asking her first. They ask every single time
they are carrying out a task.
I cannot believe the compassion they have all shown; even to the extent of making Jean feel special on her birthday by bringing in a birthday
cake and party hats to cheer her up. This is not in their job descriptions but they go over and above at every visit. Jean does not just see
the girls as carers; she sees them all as wonderful friends
I would like to say a big thank you to you all and please ensure the girls are told how much we appreciate them

I am taking this opportunity, after the death of my father Albert, to write and express my heartfelt thanks for the care you and your staff gave him.
One thing we, my brother and I, both agreed upon was the way you were able to look after him in a very professional manner,
but also in such a way that it enabled him to retain his dignity through some very trying times.
This meant a great deal to him as he was an extremely proud person and was one of the reasons his day to day life was as contented as possible
